If you have extras cover, you may be able to claim from private insurance for non-Medicare sessions. Please check with your health care fund to see if this is possible prior to your session.

Cancellation Policy

Time to Shine Therapy have a text reminder system to ensure you are given ample time to cancel your session should this be required. We work with children and understand that issues arise that cannot be helped. We ask that you respect the therapists time and cancel as soon as possible if you cannot attend. A cancellation fee may be charged to you if you fail to attend an appointment without notice or if your appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours before your appointment time. For NDIS participants, we reserve the right to charge a 90 percent cancellation fee on no show appointments as per NDIS guidelines. We do this to ensure that we have time to replace the session to benefit another family but also to respect the therapists time.
